To open this dialog when you are adding or editing a new method or life for a new asset class in the Method/Life Wizard dialog, select the Add or Edit button, enter the name of the asset class in the 
button on the appropriate treatment tab.

This field defaults to today's date. Enter the first date that the method or life you are adding or editing in the Method/Life Wizard is valid for this asset class.
