Definition of multiple-unit activities
Some activity folders, such as a 1040 client's Business folder, can have more than 1 activity associated with it. Activities within such folders are identified by a unit number (from 1 to 250).
When you select a folder that can have more than 1 activity associated with it, Fixed Assets CS opens the
Activities
window for you to enter information to identify this activity.The 1065 Business folder (Page 1 depreciation) is an exception. This is a multi-activity folder but you'll need to select
Setup
, then Activities
to open the Activities
window.
