Log status events for a client

  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Open Client
    .
  2. Select the client for which you want to log status events.
  3. Select
    Utilities
    , then
    Client Status
    .
  4. Select the events that you want to log.
    note
    The events you select will appear in the Event History list with the date and time at which it was logged and the person who logged each event.
  5. Select
    Done
    .

  • You can sort client lists in the
    Open Client
    and
    Client Listing
    windows using logged status events.
  • You can generate a Client Status History Report that will list the logged events for the selected clients.
  • You can use the Event History list to
    Edit
    or
    Delete
    an event.
  • You can set up status warnings for events by going to
    Setup
    ,
    System Configuration
    , then using
    Discourage Access
    on the
    Status tab
    .
