Create a ControlPanel profile

Profiles are something you create with the GoFileRoom Control Panel feature, which allows you to drag and drop files into GoFileRoom. Profiles allow you to predefine how documents should be indexed in GoFileRoom when you drag and drop them.
  1. Open the GoFileRoom ControlPanel from your system tray.
  2. Select
    New Profile
    New Profile.
    A temporary profile titled [NEW PROFILE] is created.
  3. Enter or select drawer index information.
  4. Select
    Save Profile
    Save Profile.
  5. Add a
    Profile Name
    .
  6. Optional: If you want a desktop shortcut for the profile, select the profile from the list in the GoFileRoom ControlPanel then select
    Create Desktop Shortcut
    Create desktop shortcut.
