Global security configuration

If you're a GoFileRoom administrator, you can manage the following global setting for all GoFileRoom users.

Idle Session Timeout Minutes: In GoFileRoom, go to Administration
, Manage Configurations
, Security
tab, then Idle Session Timeout Minutes
field.

Choose the maximum number of minutes from 30 to 180 that a GoFileRoom session can remain without any activity by the user before it is terminated by the system.

If your firm enables GoSystem Tax RS integration for any service type, this field will be read only and default to a maximum of 30 minutes.
