Map ClientFlow or NetClient users to lookup list items for new clients
If you have administrative privileges, you can map ClientFlow or NetClient users to client names and numbers for new clients who may not have documents stored in GoFileRoom.
- Add a lookup list entry for the new client.
- SelectAdministration,Manage Users,Groupsfrom the GoFileRoom toolbar, then select theClientFlow userstab.
- Select the user for whom you want to provide access and selectEdit.
- Select theAdd Clientsbutton, search and select the new client from the list that opens, and selectSave.
- Select theSavebutton.
