If you have administrative rights, you can modify the level of document security protection for a user by removing index values from the list of available values. To remove an index value, follow these steps.
Choose
Administration
,
Manage Users & Groups
from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
Select the
User Document Security
tab.
Select the user, fileroom, and drawer from the
User
,
FileRoom
, and
Drawer
fields.
Select an item from the Indexes list. Any index values currently associated with the selected index appears in the Values list on the right.
