You'll need to be a GoFileRoom administrator to unlock or reactivate a user's password.
You'll need to reset a user's password:
When they have entered the wrong sign-in credentials more times than allowed by the firm's settings and their account is locked.
When you want to re-enable their account after it has been disabled by an administrator.
important
If you reset the password for an owner or authorized user of a restricted drawer, the user's access to the restricted drawer will be removed and need to be added again by the owner.
Select
Administration

Manage Users & Groups
.
On the
Users
tab, clear the
Active
checkbox next to the
Select User
dropdown.
This will change your dropdown list to any users who have been locked out or deactivated. Select the user you want to unlock or reactivate.
The user will be able to use the reset temporary password to sign in, but must then set a new password of their own.

You might want to develop a convention with with the other administrators so that every temporary password set for users has the same structure. For example,
