Turn off the GoFileRoom email feature
GoFileRoom administrators can disable GoFileRoom email features by following these steps.

When the GoFileRoom email feature is turned off, the
Email Documents Using GoFileRoom
command is no longer available from the right-click context menu for the Search Results
screen.- SelectAdministration,Manage Configurationsfrom the GoFileRoom toolbar, then select theEmail Settingstab.
- In the Email Using GoFileRoom section, mark theDisable 'Email Using GoFileRoom'checkbox.
- Select theSavebutton.
