Implement document security features for GoFileRoom Client Center

If you have administrative privileges, you can set up and manage document-level security for users of GoFileRoom Client Center, powered by Onvio.
You do this by creating portal-document security groups that are identified in GoFileRoom by a prefix (
CC-
), and then adding GoFileRoom Client Center users to the applicable groups.

Set up a GoFileRoom Client Center document-security group

  1. Add a GoFileRoom security group.
  2. Assign applicable group permissions.
  3. Assign applicable document security for the group.

Add GoFileRoom Client Center users to a group

  1. Select the Client Center Users tab.
  2. Select a user from the
    Select User
    field.
  3. Select the Client Center document-security group you added in the Groups pane and select the right-arrow button to move it to the
    Member of
    pane.
  4. Select the Save button.
  5. Repeat steps 2 - 4 to add additional GoFileRoom Client Center users to the group.
