Link GoFileRoom ClientFlow to existing NetClient portal
You and your clients can share documents online using a secure GoFileRoom ClientFlow portal. If your client has a NetClient portal, follow these steps to link ClientFlow to it.

If your client doesn't have a NetClient portal, you can create a new one.
- Sign in to NetFirm with an account that has NetClient administration privileges.
- Select the user you want to add ClientFlow to.
- Note the user's email address, first name, and last name.
- Sign in to GoFileRoom as an administrator or with an account with privileges that allow you to manage users.
- SelectAdministrationfrom the GoFileRoom toolbar.
- SelectManage Users and Groupsand then go to theClientFlow Userstab.
- Create a new user with the information you noted in step 3.tip
- The last word entered will be used as the user's last name.
- The Full Name field has a maximum of 30 characters.
- You can also create a listing that shows first name, last name, and email address needed in NetClient by running the User Accounts report.
- Go to the Add Clients section, selectAdd clientsand then select theClient NameandClient Numberyou want to link to the ClientFlow user. You may select multiple clients at a time.
- SelectADD.noteThis account will only have access to documents the firm publishes for the client(s) you select.
- Optional:If you've set up ClientFlow security groups, you can add your client to one. Select assign groups and then select a group to make the client a member of that group.
- SelectSave.
The ClientFlow link will be in the navigation pane when your client signs in to their NetClient portal.
