Scenario

You may see the following error message when you enter user or group data in the Responsible column of the Routing Information tab of a workflow.

Solution

  • Sign out of GoFileRoom.
  • Close all Microsoft Edge or Chrome sessions.
  • Open a new Microsoft Edge or Chrome session.
  • Delete temporary internet files.
  • Close and reopen Microsoft Edge or Chrome.
After you sign back in to GoFileRoom and access the workflow, you should be able to enter data in the Responsible column on the Routing Information tab.
