ClientFlow error

If the ClientFlow user is disabled in GoFileRoom, or there is no client associated with the login you may receive the following error.
Error Message: "An Error has occurred. Please try again, then contact your system administrator."
If the ClientFlow user is disabled in GoFileRoom follow these steps to resolve the issue.
  1. Sign in to GoFileRoom using an account that is an administrator or a user administrator.
  2. Select Administration. Then, select Manage Users & Groups.
  3. On the ClientFlow Users tab, locate the user's account and make sure it is enabled. If you do not see the account, unmark the active checkbox to display disabled users.
  4. Select Save, even if you make no changes on this screen.

If there is no client associated with the login follow these steps to resolve the issue.
  1. Sign in to GoFileRoom using an account that is an administrator or a user administrator.
  2. Select Administration. Then, select Manage Users & Groups.
  3. On the ClientFlow Users tab, verify that a client is assigned in the This user has access to the following clients box.
  4. Select Save, even if you make no changes on this screen.
