You may get the following error message when you create a new workflow.

Add folder.

You'll get this error if the workflow is not properly configured.

You'll need to be a GoFileRoom Administrator to take the following steps.

Select Administration
, then Manage FirmFlow
.

Select the Configuration
tab.

Select the correct Service Type from the Service
dropdown list.

Select Workflows
from the Category
dropdown list.

Make sure that you've configured all the required fields.

Required fields are blue.

Make sure that you've chosen the correct FirmFlow Permission Groups

Select Save
