in the Version Number column for Common Controls Active X. When prompted to Run or Save, select

. Go to the appropriate location, then select

In Windows Explorer, go to the location where you saved the file in step 2.
Right-click
VisualBasic6-KB896559-v1-ENU.exe
and select
Run as Administrator
.
Follow the prompts to install.
If prompted, restart your computer.
Go back to the GoFileRoom login page and select
View Browser Requirements
.
Check the entry in the Enabled column for Common Controls Active X.

Yes
, you should be able to use the GoFileRoom printer successfully.
If
No
, you need to manually register the file.
