Log in GoFileRoom failed

You may see an error message when printing from Accounting CS, Practice CS, or Workpapers to GoFileRoom.
Error message: Login to GoFileRoom failed.
This error is caused by an expired password, or because your GoFileRoom database does not have DMS 2.0 enabled.
If the error is caused by an expired password follow these steps to resolve the issue.
  • Log in GoFileRoom and change your password.

If the error is caused because DMS 2.0 is disabled follow these steps to resolve the issue.
  • MS 2.0 is enabled by default on your GoFileRoom database. If your firm requested that DMS 2.0 be disabled, integration with CS Professional Suite applications is also disabled.
Email or chat Technical Support to have DMS 2.0 re-enabled on your firm's GoFileRoom database.
