Use the FirmFlow API service

After you set up the FirmFlow API ulility for GoFileRoom, you can start generating workflows for your SQL table.
  1. Go to
    C:\Program Files (x86)\GoFileRoom\FirmFlowAPI_SQL
    .
  2. Double-click the
    FirmFlow_API_Service.exe
     file.
    You can automate the process using a Windows Scheduled Task event.
    note
    • Don't schedule your task event to execute more frequently than the amount of time it takes to run the application. Review the files in the
      C:\Program Files (x86)\GoFileRoom\FirmFlowAPI_SQL\Log
       folder to find out how long it takes to complete your processes.
    • It takes about 30 minutes to pull 300,000 rows into the database. Use this estimate when setting the scheduled task.
    • The FirmFlow API utility will use data from the FirmFlow Tracking report by Deliverable. Only workflows with deliverables will appear within the results of any queries.
