Filter FirmFlow notes

You can filter the notes displayed in the
Notes
tab by type, author, or status.
  1. On the
    Notes
    tab for a workflow, change the
    Type
    ,
    Author
    , or
    Status
    fields as desired.
  2. Select
    Search
    to refresh the notes list according to your changes.

    Once filtering is changed, it will be used as the default filtering each time the Notes tab is entered in any subsequent workflows during that user's session.
