Roll forward summary reports
When you submit a roll-forward request via the Folder Administration section in Manage FirmFlow, the roll forward is queued in our engine. The engine first runs a FirmFlow search under all the criteria submitted for “Existing Folders”. Once the search finds the folders, the application will forward these workflows to the “New Folders”. The application will perform this action regardless if workflows are found.
There will be times when you see a summary like the following:

RollForward Summary
indicates that no workflows were found under the criteria submitted for “Existing Folders”. This is functionality in the system that indicates 0 workflows were rolled forward to the “New Folders”. The following breakdown explains the current roll-forward notification summary numbers:
- Total Workflows(0): Includes all workflows that successfully rolled forward and were created.
- Success(0): Includes all workflows successfully created without error or warning where a folder was also created at the same time.
- Warnings(0): Includes all workflows that were created where a non-critical warning was issued.
- Failed(0): Includes all workflows selected in roll-forward criteria that were not created.

The workflows that were created when the folder already existed are not included in the “Success” or “Warnings” counts. These workflows would be listed with a status of "Folder already exists. Workflow created." If you add these to the “Success” and “Warnings”, you have the “Total”.
Total Workflows = All Workflows under selected Criteria = (Success + Warnings + "Folder already exists. Workflow created." + Failed)
