Workflow restore process

To request that deleted workflows be recovered, contact GoFileRoom Support. Provide as much detail as possible regarding the deleted workflow(s) that you would like to have restored. The following is an example of the information you will need to provide before we can restore the deleted workflow:
  • Client Name
  • Client Number
  • Service Type
  • Engagement Type
  • Year
  • Period End
  • Workflow Type
  • Workflow Description
Customer Success: This request needs to be sent to the GFR Systems Team. Also include the firm's GoFileRoom database ID in the request.
