File locations

GoFileRoom uses the following temporary path locations.

PDFs edited from GoFileRoom

C:\Users\UserID\AppData\Roaming\GoFileRoom\GFRAcrobat\Docs.

Word and Excel files edited from GoFileRoom

C:\Users\UserID\AppData\Roaming\GoFileRoom\GFROffice\docs.

Scanned documents backups

C:\Users\UserID\AppData\Roaming\GoFileRoom\GFRScanflow\Backup.

Upload Document Service location

You'll find the following location on the workstation running the Upload Documents Service:
64-bit:
 C:\Program Files (x86)\GoFileRoom\GFRUploadDocuments\UploadDocuments.

Emails uploaded from Outlook toolbar

  1. Select
    Administration
     then
    Manage Users and Groups
    .
  2. Select a user.
  3. Make a note of the
    Upload Location
    .
  4. Select
    Administration
     then
    Manage Configurations
    .
  5. View the
    Network Path
     for the user's upload
    Location Name
    .
note
A user will need access to the network path on their local computer to send emails.
