Integrate with GoSystem Tax RS

To integrate GoFileRoom and GoSystem Tax RS, you will need to install the
GoFileRoom Adobe Acrobat Add-In
.
If you have both GoFileRoom and GoSystem Tax RS, you can store your client's tax returns in GoFileRoom as a bookmarked PDF. To store those documents, you first have to link the GoSystem database to GoFileRoom.
  1. If you haven't already, install the
    GoFileRoom Adobe Acrobat Add-In
    .
  2. Sign in to GoSystem Tax RS.
  3. Select the tax return, then select
    More
    .
  4. Select
    Update GoFileRoom
    in the Returns menu.
  5. In the
    Update GoFileRoom Information
    screen, enter the GoFileRoom Client Number.
  6. Select
    Update
    to save the client number.
