Data backup schedule and data retention policies
We make backups of GoFileRoom data nightly and at the end of the month. We keep this data as follows.
- We keep nightly backups for 14 days.
- We keep end of month backups for 4 months.
Our data redundancy and disaster recovery systems help us to protect this data and maintain the online availability of GoFileRoom.
You can contact Support to ask for a document or an SQL database to be restored and you can also ask for an offline backup to be set up for a fee.
tip
Notes and items identified in your Purge policy will be removed when deleted, but you can contact Support to ask if they can be restored.
