Configure QuickLaunch
You can configure the GoFileRoom QuickLaunch search feature to do the following:
- Display the Search criteria screen before performing a search.
- Automatically add a wildcard (*) at the beginning or end of a search phrase.
- Search for documents or workflows, or open your FirmFlow My Work screen when you double-click
in your computer's system tray.
Follow these steps to change your QuickLaunch settings.
- Sign in to QuickLaunch, if necessary.
- Right-click in your computer's system tray and select Change Settings.
- In theViewtab, you can change the settings to display indexes before running a search, and add a wildcard character to the beginning or end of a search phrase.
- In theDefault Menutab, you can select options to set the double-click behavior of in your computer's system tray.
- SelectOKto save your changes.
