ClientFlow user mapping report in GoFileRoom

The ClientFlow User Mapping report shows all clients that can publish documents to ClientFlow and shows the name and email address of ClientFlow users who can access the client’s published documents through ClientFlow in NetClient CS.
Do the following to run the ClientFlow User Mapping report:
  1. Select
    Reports
     then
    ClientFlow User Mapping
     from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Enter a
    Client Name
    .
  3. Enter a
    Client Number
    .
  4. Select an individual user or choose
    All
     from the
    User
     dropdown.
  5. Select
    Search
    .
note
The client name and client number lookup lists show all of your firm’s clients. Not all of your clients are set up for ClientFlow, so a search by client name or client number can give a blank report.
