GoFileroom Export Report from Practice CS for Projects

You’ll need access to the Practice CS Library portlet. If you don’t have access, follow the steps in Selecting portlets for a dashboard.

You can use the Gofileroom Export Report to print to Excel from Practice CS and bulk import files into GoFileRoom.

Open the Practice CS Library portlet on any dashboard.

Select Custom Formats

Select Import
to add the GoFileRoom Export Report.

Select File
, then Print Reports
.

Select GFR Report
in the Project Management section.

Set the Detail line
dates to include your chosen projects.

On the Layout
tab, use Group by
to choose how to export projects.

Select Print Selected
.

Mark Output to file
and select Microsoft Excel (*XLS)
.

Select the destination folder, then OK
.
