Login history report in GoFileRoom

Run the Login History report

Select
Reports
then
Login History
from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
Enter the
From Date
and
To Date
to set your time frame.
Select an individual user or select
All
from the
User
dropdown.

Select the
External Users
checkbox if your search includes ClientFlow users.
Select
Search
.

Work with the login history report

Expand each row to view its details.
Export report results into an Excel spreadsheet by selecting .
If auser used the QuickLaunch feature, identify when multiple logins were used by the asterisk in the report.
