Security report in GoFileRoom

The Security Report displays the current security settings for a user or group.

Run the Security Report by following these steps:

Select Reports
then Security Report
from the GoFileRoom toolbar.

Choose a user or group from the dropdown.

note

If a user belongs to multiple groups, the report will show all drawer permissions and document security settings at the group-level and user-level.

You can export report results into an Excel spreadsheet by selecting Excel
