Troubleshoot Upload Documents service if the workstation shuts down

Follow these steps if your workstation shuts down when you try to use the Upload Documents service. You might receive a Scanned Service Alert email.

Turn on the upload workstation.

Open the following folder based on your version of Windows and wait until all files disappear as they're processed.

32-bit: C:\Program Files\GoFileRoom\GFRUploadDocuments\UploadDocuments

64-bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\GoFileRoom\GFRUploadDocuments\UploadDocuments

Use the Document Tracking report to make sure that the document's status is Filed

Set the following Windows Registry keys. We recommend that you ask your firm's IT professional to do this.

to dword:00000001
