Print documents to GoFileRoom

After you've installed the GoFileRoom add-in, you can print documents to a drawer in GoFileRoom.

Open the document in its source application.

Select print for the application you're using.

Select the GoFileRoom printer, then Print
.

Sign in to GoFileRoom if you're asked to.

Choose a drawer to save your document in.

Enter index information for your document, then select Save
.

Your documents will be saved as PDFs in black and white, and go through an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process.
