GoFileRoom has redaction features to help you comply with pending Social Security privacy legislation.
If Versioning for GoFileRoom is turned on for your firm, you can create a new version of a GoFileRoom PDF document, then permanently delete Social Security numbers using Manual or Automatic Redaction features. You can then use the Document Distribution and Approval feature to allow access only to redacted versions of documents to groups that you designate.

GoFileRoom redaction features don't modify the original versions of your documents.
The redaction process affects only numbers formatted as xxx-xx-xxxx. Employer Identification numbers and other important numbers aren't redacted.
You can select multiple PDFs for redaction.
The redaction process doesn't impact documents already published for NetClient CS users.
