Mark the Print Heading
checkbox for each state or city that adopts the IRS extension provision.

Perform a full recompute.

The Heading
field automatically mirrors the Federal Disaster Provision
field and appears as the state return's header.

If a state requires different heading text, enter the required wording in the Heading
field to override the default.
