Amended FinCEN Form 114 print requirements
Amended FinCEN Form 114, Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR), prints when you mark the Amended checkbox.
To file and print FinCEN Form 114, Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) if the status is rejected or conditionally accepted:
- Mark theAmendedcheckbox.
- Regenerate the e-file.
- Resubmit the original locator to FinCEN.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the status is accepted:
- Create a copy of the original locator/binder.
- Mark theAmendedcheckbox in that locator/binder.
- Regenerate the e-file in the copied locator/binder.
- Submit the new e-file to FinCEN.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
