Enter certain partners of foreign partnerships

Enter certain partners of foreign partnerships on Schedule A-1 of Form 8865, including each partner's name, ID, and address.
note
According to IRS Instructions for Form 8865, a person already listed on Schedule A is exempt from being listed again on Schedule A-1. Refer to the IRS Instructions for Form 8865 for Schedule A-1 filing requirements, including the exception for Category 3 filers.
  1. Go to
    Organizer
     and open
    Foreign Information
    .
  2. Select
    Foreign Partnership
    , then
    Certain Partners of Foreign Partnerships
    , then
    Certain Partner
    .
  3. Select if the certain partner is a foreign person.
  4. Enter the
    Name
     then select an
    ID type
     and enter the
    ID
    .
  5. Enter the
    Domestic
     or
    Foreign Address
    .
