- Partner's name, address, and identifying number.
- Partnership's name, address, and identifying number.
- Partner allocation ratio.note

- The program automatically allocates fields with ** in Schedule K to the Schedule K-1 with the partner allocation ratio. Some Organizer fields in Schedule K and K-1 have ** following theAmount.
- Partner's beginning and ending percentage interest in profits, capital, deductions, and losses.
- Select if the decrease is due to sale or exchange of partnership interest.
- Enter basic information for:
- Partner's capital account at the beginning of the year.
- Partner's capital contributed during the year.
- Partner's share of line 3, 4, and 7 of Form 8865, Schedule M-2.
- Description and amount of partner’s other increase (decrease).
- Partner's withdrawals and distributions.
- Enter the partner’s beginning and ending share of net unrecognized §704(c) gain or (loss).
