Enter foreign employee compensation not reported on Form 2555
If you aren't filing Form 2555, use the Organizer to enter foreign wages reported on a non W-2.
Use the Organizer to report data from a non-W-2 for e-file purposes. Enter all required information to prevent e-file rejects.
To enter the information:
- n the Organizer, selectForeign Information.
- SelectForeign Employer Compensation - Non 2555.
- Select the employer name.
Employee compensation you enter on this screen transfers to Form 1040/1040-SR, line 1, as wages. Foreign pension entries transfer to Form 1040/1040-SR, line 4.
