Form 8833 print requirements
To calculate and print Form 8833, Federal Treaty-Based Return Position Disclosure Under Section 6114 or 7701(b):
- InOrganizer, selectForeign Information, thenTreaty-Based Position Disclosure.
- Add new Treaty Article, then make a selection forTreaty country (Mandatory)and enter the data.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
