Form 1040 print requirements

To print Form 1040, U.S. Individual Income Tax Return:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    Taxpayer Information
    .
  2. Select a
    Filing Status
    .
  3. On that same screen, enter the taxpayer's first name, last name, Social Security number, and date of birth.
  4. Go to
    Organizer
    Foreign Information
    US Self-Employment Return – 1040-SS
    .
  5. Make sure the
    Form 1040-SS
     checkbox is unmarked.
  6. Go to
    Organizer
    Foreign Information
    Nonresident Alien
    General Information
    .
  7. Make sure
    1040-NR filing status
     is unmarked.
  8. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    Processing Options
    .
  9. Make sure the
    Form 1040-SR
     checkbox is unmarked.
  10. Do a full recompute, then print.
