Form 40V print requirements

To print Alabama Form 40V, Extension Payment Voucher:

Go to

Organizer
States
Add States/Cities

Select a residency status
for Alabama
.

Go to

Organizer
Payments and Extensions

Select Extensions
, then the State Options and Payments
tab.

Select option 3
or 5
for Alabama
.

Go to

Tax forms
States
Alabama
Resident/Part-year Resident

Go to Form 40V- Tax Payment Voucher
. Make sure there's a value for Amount Due
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
