Go to Tax forms

, and select California
.

Select 3548 – Disabled Access Credit
.

An amount greater than 0 must be present on Line 8.

Run a full compute and print the return.

To force print the form:

Go to Organizer

, and select California
.

Select Return Options
, and in the Print Options
section, select All credit forms
, or select Form 3548
.
