To print Form 3801, California Passive Activity Loss Limitations:

Go to the Tax Forms

folder.

Go to the (Residency
), 3801 – Passive Activity Loss
, then the Passive Activity Loss
folder.

On the Page 1
tab, Line 3
, or Line 9
must have a value.

Run a full compute and print the return.

To force print the return.

Go to the Organizer
, State
, then the California
folder.

Go to the Return Options
folder.

Go to the Print Options
for form 3801 section and mark the Force Form 3801
field.

Also, make sure the field for Suppress Form 3801 including worksheets
isn’t selected in same section.

Run a full compute and print the return.
