Form 8453PMT print requirements

To print Form 8453PMT, California Payment for Automatic Extension and Estimate Payment Authorization for Individuals:
To print for Extensions:
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    ,
    Payments and Extensions
    ,
    Extensions
     folder.
  2. Go to the
    State Options and Payments
     tab.
  3. Go down to
    California
    and select something other than Option
    5
    .
  4. Go to the
    Organizer
    ,
    E-file
    ,
    Enable/Create
     folder.
  5. On the
    Extension
    tab, mark the field
    Enable
    in column
    B
    for
    California
    .
  6. Go down to the
    Signature Authorization
     folder.
  7. Under the
    Pin Information
    section, make sure that this isn’t filled out.
  8. Run a full compute and print the return.
To print the Estimates:
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    ,
    E-file
    ,
    Enable/Create
     folder.
  2. On the
    Estimates
    tab, mark the field
    Enable
    in column
    C
     for
    California
    .
  3. Go down to the
    Signature Authorization
     folder.
  4. Under the
    Pin Information
    section, make sure that this isn’t filled out.
  5. Run a full compute and print the return.
To force print the return:
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    ,
    State
    , then the
    California
    folder.
  2. Go to the
    Return Options
     folder.
  3. Go down to the
    Print Options
     section and mark the field
    Form 8453(PMT)
    .
  4. Run a full compute and print the return.
