Form CT-1040EXT print requirements

To print Form CT-1040EXT, Application for Extension of Time to File:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    , and select
    Payments and Extensions
    .
  2. Select
    Extensions
    , and select the
    State Options and Payments
     tab.
  3. Select an option other than 5 for Connecticut.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
