To print Form CT-1040V, Connecticut Electronic Filing Payment Voucher:

Go to Organizer
, E-file
, and select Enable/Create
.

Select Connecticut
, Column B
for e-file.

Go to Organizer
, States
, and select Common State
.

Select Bank information
, and make sure Column B, Authorization to debit funds is not selected for Connecticut.

Go to Tax Forms
, States
, and select Connecticut
.

Select CT-1040V – E-filing Payment Voucher
.

An amount greater than 0 has to be preset on the Payment amount line.

Do a full recompute, then print.
