Form IT-303 print requirements

To print Form IT-303, Application for Extension of Time for Filing State Income Tax Returns.
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    Payments and Extensions
    , then select
    Extensions
    .
  2. At the top of the page, select the
    State Options and Payments
     tab.
  3. For Georgia, select option
    2-Extension only, alpha only
    .
  • Either batch extension option is not selected, or batch extension option is alpha only.
  • Either the Federal extension,
    Form 4686
     isn't selected, or the options to print filing instructions for
    Form IT-303
     are selected.
