Form 56 prints when Idaho is marked as Resident and line 1 is populated.

- Go toTax Forms, selectStates,Idaho,56 - Net Operating Loss,Form 56Pages 1, 2, or 3 needs to have an amount in line 1.
- Do a full recompute and create a new print.
