Form ID-40V print requirements

Form ID-40V prints when Idaho e-file is enabled and the payment amount is populated.

To print and calculate Idaho Form ID-40V:

Go to Organizer
, select E-file
, Enable/Create
, make sure Idaho e-file
is enabled.

Go to Tax Forms
, select States
, ID-40VP - Payment Voucher
, then Amount paid
box needs to be populated.

Do a full recompute and create a new print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed. Do a full recompute, then print.
