To calculate and Print Schedule 4 Schedule 4: Other Taxes:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Add States/Cities
     and make sure the return is a
    Resident
    .
  2. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Indiana
    .
  3. Ensure
    Sch 4 – Other Taxes
    Line 4
    has an amount or NONE.
  4. Do a full compute and print the return.
