To print form IA 100B, Iowa Capital Gain Deduction – Real Property Used in a Farm Business:

In the Organizer
, go to States
, then Iowa
.

Select Capital Gain Deduction
, then select Add new Ownership (T,S,J) - Farm
.

Select the ownership name
you created, then select IA 100B
.

Navigate to the Part III - Details of Property Sold
section.

Verify that there is an amount or NONE in line 8 Amount of claimed capital gain deduction
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form isn't printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:

In the Organizer
, go to Payments and Extensions
, then Extensions
.

Select the State Options and Payments
tab.

Verify the selection for Iowa
is option 3
, 4
, or 5
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
