Form OL-3EXT print requirements

To generate and print Form OL-3EXT, Kentucky Louisville Metro Revenue Commission Extension Request:
  1. In Organizer, select
    Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangible
    , then
    Kentucky LLC Return and Cities
    .
  2. Select
    KY, Louisville/Jefferson
    , then
    Extension Information
    .
  3. In the
    Extension Information
     section, select an option.
  4. Do a full compute and then print.
